Our Guarantee
We guarantee all our plants to be true to name and in good condition upon leaving our nursery.
Plants are guaranteed for one year providing our planting instructions are followed. Roses, perennials and clematis are guaranteed until December in the year purchased.
If a plant fails to grow within the guaranteed period we will replace it once with a plant of equal value for the amount paid. No cash refunds. Your receipt and dead plant must be returned for replacement.
Sale plants are guaranteed for the purchase price only.
Replacement plants are not guaranteed.
Annuals, tropical plants and houseplants are guaranteed to be in good condition upon leaving our garden centre. No other guarantee applies to these plants.
